Pinky on a leash
Pinky is a small chihauhau that appears in the TV series and its movie, Phineas and Ferb. The sounds for the little guy are provided by Dee Bradley Baker
Role in Phineas and Ferb[]
Pinky usually appears as Isabella's innocent pet chihauhau, but soon is revealed to Perry that he is another agent in the O.W.C.A. also under the code name Agent P. And later, it shows him fighting his assinged nemisis, Professor Plootzenplotz.
Role in Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension[]
First, when Agent P is traveling down to get his mission briefing, he spots Pinky next to him and they both tip their fedoras to each other. Later, when the Norm-Bots attack our dimension, he helps the other agents fight the Norm-Bots, but soon they become outnumbered. Just when the Norm-Bots are about to elimanate him, Agent P arrives and save them. When Phineas & Ferb arrive with their inventions, he jumps in one of the Boys' soupped up kiddie rides to defeat the Norm-Bots.
